Massages

Signature Relaxing 1h

550 MAD

Pure relaxation, quite simply. A flowing, enveloping massage with slow, deliberate strokes that release tension and soothe the nervous system.

Mums-to-Be 1h

590 MAD

A massage designed for pregnancy. It relieves tension in the back, legs and shoulders, improves circulation and promotes relaxation. Positions and pressures are adapted throughout.

Four-Hands Relaxing 1h

890 MAD

Two therapists working in unison. Their movements overlap and answer each other, creating a continuous immersion impossible to achieve with unsynchronised hands.

Toning 1h

590 MAD

An invigorating deep-tissue massage with firm, dynamic pressure. It releases tension and revitalises bodies worn out or depleted of energy.

Hot Stones 1h

650 MAD

Heated volcanic stones glide across the body, diffusing a deeply warming sensation. Muscles release, tension dissolves. A total disconnection, carried by heat.

Sports Intensive 1h

650 MAD

A deep, rhythmic massage designed for worked muscles. Firm pressure, targeted techniques, in-depth work. Ideal after sport or in cases of muscular fatigue.

Targeted Zone Treatment 45 min

450 MAD

A massage dedicated to a single area of your choice: back, legs, feet, neck and shoulders, or scalp. Precise work to effectively relieve localised tension.

Pressure, rhythm, intention

The technique

Pressure, rhythm, intention

Pressure builds progressively, movements remain slow. The therapist reads the body, adjusts. The goal is not performance; it is to find where tension lives and work to dissolve it.

Argan oil nourishes the skin while the hands work the muscles. Both unfold at the same time.

Double massage room — Ameera

After the hammam

A body already open

The hammam’s heat opens the body in a way that massage alone cannot replicate. It dilates blood vessels, releases the fascia, prepares the skin. By the time the hands begin their work, the body is already in motion.

This sequence — heat, then touch — lies at the heart of the traditional Moroccan ritual.
